Returns & Cancellations
If requested to cancel an order, we are happy to do so as long as the order has not already been dispatched. In the case of an order already sent or received, orders can be returned at the customer's own delivery expense. Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the original order less shipping.
Damages During Transit
In the unlikely event that your wine was damaged during transit, please do not accept delivery from the carrier and email us as soon as possible at email@example.com to arrange a replacement or refund.
